MEET HAYLEY

Hayley Nasrallah, APCC

 BBS #8702

I’m Hayley, an Assosciate Professional Clinical Counselor. I work under the supervision of Katie Sanford, LPCC. I consider it the greatest honor to walk with people through their times of difficulty. I am passionate about creating space for people to process through their story, gain the tools they need to bring about change, and begin to experience a sense of hope, healing, and resilience in their lives.

I have experience working with adults of all ages including young adults, couples, and underserved communities. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, boundaries, relational issues, and people who want to process a major life change or transition. I love helping all of my clients identify their strengths, clarify their values, and honor their unique experiences.

MY APPROACH

My approach is personal, integrative, and collaborative. This means I prioritize building an authentic relationship with each of my clients. From there, I utilize evidence-based approaches and a trauma-informed lens. I value working with people from all backgrounds and enjoy identifying what factors are important to my clients and would be meaningful to incorporate into therapy. I also have specialized training in the integration of faith and psychology for those who would like a faith-based perspective.

The evidence-based approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. I also integrate concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have received training in the Gottman Method and utilize this approach when working with couples. I work together with my clients to identify which treatment approach would be best for their specific situation.

MY TRAINING

-Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

-Green Cross Academy of Traumatology: Levels 1 and 2

-Gottman Level 1: Bridging the Couple Chasm

-MA in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary & Graduate School

-BA in International and Global Studies
