Meet Hayley

Hayley Nasrallah, APCC
BBS #8702
I’m Hayley, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I work under the supervision of Katie Sanford, LPCC. I consider it a great honor to walk with people through their times of difficulty. I am passionate about creating space for people to process through their story, gain the tools they need to bring about change, and begin to experience a sense of hope, healing, and resilience in their lives.
I have experience working with teenagers and adults of all ages including college and graduate students, young professionals, engaged and married couples, and women throughout the lifespan. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, boundaries, relational issues, and people who want to process a major life change or transition. I love helping all of my clients identify their strengths, clarify their values, and honor their unique experiences.
My Approach
My approach is relational, evidence-based, and integrative. This means I prioritize building an authentic relationship with each of my clients. From there, I utilize evidence-based approaches and a trauma-informed lens to work towards my client’s goals for therapy. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. I also integrate concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize the Gottman Method when working with couples.
