Although I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, I do focus on treatments that have been demonstrated to be effective for patients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I commonly use other techniques from Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) depending on the patient's needs.
