Christians have hope in God and His plan for our lives. Sometimes, we lose sight of our hope in the face of problems. Just like everyone else, Christians struggle with anxiety, depression, guilt, negative feelings, confusion about the past or future, relationships, and so much more. One common difference is that Christians often experience more shame when struggling.
As Christians ourselves, we can provide therapy from a Christian perspective. We understand your beliefs and together, we can work through life's challenges.
We also work with many people who are not Christians and we fully respect their beliefs as well. If you want to explore your beliefs/faith, we can, if not, that is okay too. Therapy is a time you can be honest about your beliefs without being judged.
